📋 Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers professionally and clearly understand their vehicle service requirements
• Prepare detailed job cards, service quotations, and repair estimates
• Act as a key point of contact between customers and workshop technicians
• Monitor vehicle service progress and provide timely updates to customers
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on schedule while maintaining high service standards
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction

✅ Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE working as a Service Advisor
• Strong understanding of automotive servicing, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer handling skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
