Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field (role dependent).
• Have relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, administration, HR, or leadership roles.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good organizational, planning, and reporting abilities.
• Be proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Show professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Have industry knowledge (especially healthcare/dental supplies for field sales roles) as an added advantage.
