Job Description
Key Accountabilities.
- Responsible for the conduct and occurrence of monthly team leads meetings and overall team quarterly townhalls; ensure follow up and conclusive resolution of arising action items thereof.
- Utilize business partnering insights to constantly inform Finance strategy and continuously improve service delivery.
- Coordinate leave forecasts with Finance team leaders.
- Provide support to the Chief Finance Officer in gathering information and formulating strategic plans.
- Support all Finance committed initiatives and ensure they drive continuous business growth opportunities by tracking value delivered/ anticipated and reporting to the Chief Finance Officer.
- Act as a bridge for colleagues and team leaders contact with the Chief Finance Officer.
- Effectively manage customer complaints coming into the Chief Finance Officer and ensuring root cause analysis is concluded before resolution communication is done to the customer.
- Organize and coordinate business and colleague engagements managed out of the Chief Finance office.
- Improve the feel of the Chief Finance Officer by maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.
- Undertake a wide variety of administrative duties, e.g., prioritising valid payments that require Chief Finance Officer attention.
- Ensure alignment to relevant statutory and legislative frameworks in Finance partnerships and programs.
- Work with colleagues to achieve excellent service by providing regular feedback on issues and recommending quick and practical solutions to issues found during programs executions.
- In liaison with other business units, drive initiatives that help colleagues in other areas of the bank understand Finance programs.
