Position: Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Coordinate and process LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) with internal teams
- Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and client data
- Support the sales team with coordination, reporting, and follow-ups
- Ensure proper filing and tracking of sales-related documents
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in quotations and LPO processing
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
