Job Description

The role will be responsible for driving brand distinction and supporting revenue growth through well-defined, data-driven marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee brand execution across all platforms, manage key marketing touchpoints, and lead day-to-day coordination of creative, content, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness and revenue growth through targeted digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and channels.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, content calendars, and media buying activities.
  • Oversee content creation and campaign execution to support sales objectives.
  • Monitor brand sentiment, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Manage key digital platforms including website, social media, and internal channels.
  • Track ROI, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reporting.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and internal resources effectively.
  • Support team development and ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in digital marketing and brand management within a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong experience in campaign management, brand strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercially minded, customer-focused, and able to influence across teams.
Salary: KES 1500,000 – 200,000(Approx 1163USD)
