Description:
Heritage Offshore & Marine Engineering Services L.L.C. is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Procurement Officer to join its operations in Dubai. This role is suited for professionals who can effectively manage procurement activities in a fast-paced offshore engineering environment, where efficiency, cost control, and quality are critical to success.

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for handling purchasing operations, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support ongoing projects. The role also involves close coordination with internal teams to maintain inventory levels and comply with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities and supplier coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and procurement data
• Analyze purchasing patterns to improve cost efficiency
• Oversee workshop inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
• Prevent shortages through effective inventory planning
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in procurement systems and related software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-tracked purchasing requirements
