Imtiaz Developments – Design and Development Team (UAE)

Imtiaz Developments is expanding its in-house Design and Development Team and inviting experienced professionals to join its growing organization.

Open Positions:

  1. Design Manager
    Experience: 15+ years in architectural or engineering design management
    Education: Bachelor’s in architecture, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)

  2. Senior Manager – Planning
    Experience: 20+ years in project planning, scheduling and controls
    Education: Bachelor’s in civil engineering or related field

  3. Lead Architect
    Experience: 15+ years in architectural leadership and project delivery
    Education: Bachelor’s in architecture (Master’s preferred)

  4. Senior Architect
    Experience: 12+ years in architectural design and coordination
    Education: Bachelor’s in architecture

  5. Structural Engineer
    Experience: 10+ years in structural analysis and design
    Education: Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering

  6. Contracts and Procurement Manager
    Experience: 12+ years in contract administration and procurement
    Education: Bachelor’s in engineering, Business or Supply Chain

  7. Cost Control and Budgets – Senior Manager
    Experience: 15+ years in cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
    Education: Degree in Engineering, Finance or Quantity Surveying

  8. Technical Architect
    Experience: 12+ years in technical detailing and construction documentation
    Education: Bachelor’s in architecture

  9. Lead 3D Visualizer
    Experience: Strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering and visualization
    Education: Degree in Architecture, Design or Multimedia

  10. Landscape Director
    Experience: 15+ years in landscape design and leadership
    Education: Bachelor’s in landscape architecture or environmental design

  11. MEP Design Site Coordinator
    Experience: 10+ years total, including 3+ years in MEP coordination
    Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
