We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to join our F&B operations in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Cost Controller in F&B operations
• Strong experience in Butchery cost control (meat yields, portioning, wastage, pricing)
• Experience in Lebanese cuisine is a strong advantage
• Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken)
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, stock variance, food costing, and supplier control
• Strong personality, confident, detail-oriented, and knows the job well
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Dubai experience is required

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food & butchery costs
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
• Control wastage, portioning, and yield efficiency
• Coordinate with kitchen, butchery, and purchasing teams
• Ensure compliance with company cost standards and procedures
