We’re Hiring | Information Technology Specialist

Abu Al Naga Development is currently looking for a proactive and technically skilled Information Technology Specialist to oversee and support the company’s IT infrastructure across corporate offices and development sites. This full-time role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure reliable IT operations, system security, and responsive technical support, with the flexibility to travel between locations when needed.

Job Summary:
The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, supporting end users, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring that all IT services align with company policies and best practices. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role due to site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support to users, including hardware, software, email, and network-related assistance.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, routers, switches, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment, email services, data backups, antivirus solutions, and cybersecurity controls.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Support internal applications such as ERP, HR, accounting, CRM, and project management systems.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for support and maintenance activities.
• Provide on-site IT support for project sites, site offices, and development locations.
• Ensure adherence to company IT policies, standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional IT experience within the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN networking.
• Experience with CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, routers, firewalls, and IT security tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users effectively.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate development or construction companies.
• Ability to manage IT support across multiple locations while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
