Key Responsibilities.
• Conduct marketing and outreach activities to selected clients and potential clients.
• Follow up with clients efficiently via phone and written communication.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Learn and understand the product range and key selling points.
• Work closely with the team to communicate lead times and manage client expectations.
• Prepare, edit, and finalize client contracts as required.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform strategy and improve performance.
Key Qualifications.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, client management, or marketing roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow up consistently.
