We’re Hiring | Full-Time Accountant – Medical Center

A well-established medical center in Al Ain is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Accountant with prior healthcare or medical center experience in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who can independently manage clinic accounting operations and are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily accounting operations of the medical center in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manage inventory control, petty cash, and routine financial transactions.
• Oversee supplier accounts and ensure invoices are processed and paid on time.
• Verify supplier invoices and match them with LPOs and GRNs.
• Manage all bank-related activities, including payments, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain regular bank reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with banks for statements, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure proper VAT submission and full compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Maintain records in line with UAE accounting standards and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an accountant in a medical center or healthcare facility within the UAE.
• Sound knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting functions efficiently.
• Immediate availability to join in Al Ain is mandatory.
