We’re Hiring: IT Support Engineer – ITACS Communication Technologies

ITACS Communication Technologies is seeking a competent and proactive IT Support Engineer to join its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in IT support, capable of resolving technical issues, maintaining system integrity, and assisting users across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and devices.
• Support end-users across multiple sites, ensuring smooth operational performance.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, security measures, and regular system backups.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Immediate availability to join is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and ability to work independently.
