We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and manage shop-floor workforce. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring production targets are met, and raising material requisitions to maintain smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and workforce
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
• Raise and monitor material requisitions for raw materials
• Coordinate with procurement and store departments
• Maintain production and inventory records
• Ensure safety and compliance on the production floor

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision
• Knowledge of material requisition and inventory control
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
