Hiring: IT Support Specialist (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technically experienced professional who can provide reliable IT assistance, maintain system efficiency, and ensure uninterrupted technology operations across the organization. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily IT functions, resolving technical issues, and helping employees maintain productivity through efficient technology solutions. The position requires hands-on expertise in VPN configuration, Microsoft 365 administration, and troubleshooting across multiple systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related concerns across the organization.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPN connections and remote access systems for employees.
• Provide ongoing support for Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
• Set up user accounts, manage permissions, and handle access control processes.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure performance, data backups, and security measures are functioning properly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, solutions, and system updates for internal reference.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when advanced technical support is required.

Requirements:
• Proven professional experience in IT support or a similar technical role (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong practical knowledge of VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Understanding of networking basics including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewall concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
