Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields (depending on role).
•     Be admitted to the bar (for legal positions) and registered with relevant professional bodies.
•     Have prior experience in retail banking, legal advisory, compliance, IT security, or digital transformation.
•     Possess professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCNA, or equivalent (for technical roles).
•     Demonstrate strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
•     Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with KCB’s mission of delivering innovative financial solutions across East Africa.
•     Senior legal roles require proven expertise in commercial law, compliance, and risk management.
•     Technical roles (CISOC Analyst, Cybersecurity Specialist) require advanced IT security knowledge and hands‑on experience in threat intelligence.
