We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Operations Executive to manage and streamline warehouse, logistics, and operational activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient storage, refurbishment, movement, and delivery of fitness equipment while maintaining accurate documentation through ERP systems.

Key responsibilities include warehouse and inventory control, ensuring optimal use of storage space, and maintaining accurate tracking of all inventory movements including incoming, outgoing, in-process, and ready stock. The role also involves regularly updating records and activities within the ERP system.

The position will oversee logistics and operational scheduling, including planning deliveries, coordinating service and maintenance jobs, and maintaining inventory levels of spare parts. In addition, the role supports refurbishment productivity by planning and monitoring workflows to meet schedules and quality standards.

Documentation and compliance are essential aspects of this position. The successful candidate will ensure all equipment received, refurbished, sold, or in process is properly tracked and documented, while contributing to improved operational efficiency and accountability.

Candidate requirements include:

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, and operations management
• Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred qualifications include experience within the fitness equipment industry, familiarity with refurbishment or technical service workflows, and a problem-solving mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency.
