We Are Hiring — Civil Engineer 🚨

🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a committed Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensure works meet design and safety standards, and coordinate closely with contractors and site personnel to deliver projects on time.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

▸ Supervise construction activities on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
▸ Monitor quality control and carry out routine inspections to maintain high workmanship standards.
▸ Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper execution of works.
▸ Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, progress records, and material logs.
▸ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and support implementation of site HSE procedures.
▸ Liaise with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues and support project planning.

🔹 Requirements

▸ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
▸ Practical experience in construction and site supervision with demonstrable on-site exposure.
▸ Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and workmanship standards.
▸ Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate site teams.
▸ Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
