Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HR, or related fields depending on the role.

  • Have prior work experience in hotels, resorts, or similar hospitality establishments.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Be computer literate and able to work with reservation, POS, or HR systems where applicable.

  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
