Insurance Coordinator
New Hope Gynaecology & Fertility Hospital – Sharjah

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team.
Candidates with experience in IVF or fertility centers are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance pre-approvals, claims submission, and resubmission.
• Responsible for reconciliation and follow-up of pending or rejected claims.
• Maintain accurate patient insurance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely processing of claims.
• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of insurance procedures, approvals, and claim systems.
• Experience in IVF, fertility, or gynecology setup is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in hospital information systems.
