Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fast food items such as fries, burgers, sandwiches, and wraps.
- Make a variety of hot beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and hot chocolate.
- Prepare smoothies, milkshakes, and cold drinks using blenders and juicers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and preparation areas.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet café quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when supplies are low.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Support the front-of-house team during busy periods.
- Suggest new recipes or beverage ideas that align with customer preferences.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast food or café environment preferred.
- Barista or beverage preparation experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
