Job Description

Key Responsibilities

° Lead and execute a group-wide IT strategy aligned with business goals

° Inspire and develop high-performing IT teams across multiple properties

° Oversee IT systems, networks, and infrastructure management

° Safeguard company data with robust cybersecurity practices

° Manage IT budgets, vendors, and procurement

° Drive innovation and digital transformation to improve operations and guest experiences

° Advise senior leadership on technology opportunities and risks

Qualifications

° Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

° 5+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 2 years at senior/group level in hospitality

° Strong track record of delivering IT strategy in multi-property operations

° Expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and data management

° Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

° Experience in East Africa or Indian Ocean is an advantage

Education: Degree, Diploma
