Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage a set number of customers per day Cross-selling laundry services
- Processing orders and transactions, whether by phone, email, social media or in-person.
- Running day-to-day branch operations
- Maintaining at least 80% customer retention through telecalls
- Payment reconciliations, and stock maintenance
- Resolving issues and customer complains in liaison with other departments
- Collecting customer feedback and tracking customer service metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Diploma in Front Operations, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping
- At least 2 years' experience in the service industry preferably in tele sales
- Experience in sales & customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with
- point-of-sale systems.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
