Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Adaptis Africa’s reach and impact in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and clients.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector in Africa is an advantage.
