DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the garment and uniform manufacturing sector.
Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize long-term revenue opportunities.
Prepare and respond to tenders, RFQs, and commercial proposals in line with company guidelines.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential leads.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company professionally in all client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
Liaise with production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sale support, including resolving client issues and ensuring repeat business.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Manager on performance and market developments.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (a Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage)
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales & marketing within the garment or textile manufacturing industry
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge and experience in handling tenders and contract bidding
Demonstrated market intelligence capabilities – ability to analyze trends, gather competitor data, and translate insights into actionable strategies
