DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Promote and sell products available in the showroom to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide detailed product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
Follow up with customer leads, both in-person and online, to drive conversions.
Maintain optimal product display arrangements and ensure the showroom is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor stock levels and inform management of restocking needs.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage and respond to customer queries from online platforms (e.g., social media, website, messaging apps).
Stay updated with product knowledge and current promotions to better assist customers.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
Proven ability to work independently and hit sales targets
Well-groomed with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
Able to multitask effectively and handle a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with handling online customer queries is an added advantage
