RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Oversight: Coordinate and manage all production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards from planting to harvest.

Extension Services: Provide expert advice and support to farmers on best practices for pyrethrum cultivation, disease management, and yield optimization.

Seed and Flower Management: Supervise all aspects of seed production and flower collection, ensuring proper handling, quality control, and timely delivery.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a field team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree/Diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in agronomy, with a strong background in pyrethrum seed production and extension services.

Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of pyrethrum cultivation and flower collection.

Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.

Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
