Duties and Responsibilities
Actively promote and lease residential, commercial, and office spaces.
Source and secure high-quality tenants through various channels. Build and manage relationships with external property agents.
Conduct professional property tours.
Present company's value proposition to prospective tenants.
Negotiate lease terms aligned with company policies and market conditions.
Maintain regular contact with prospective tenants and managing agents.
Address inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with agents for accurate property listings and market coverage.
Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all leasing agreements. Track lease expiry dates and initiate timely renewals to prevent vacancy.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract compliance. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and rental rates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (mandatory).
Proven track record in office letting and managing property agents.
Minimum 3 years' experience in leasing, sales, or property management (luxury real estate experience preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; Chinese proficiency is an added advantage.
Computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results to tight timelines.
