Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

Liaise with clients to ensure that service delivery meets client requirements 

 

Manage Security Officers to ensure that they perform to the standards as set out in functional Terms of Reference (TOR's), Post Orders (PO's) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). 

 

Day-to-day contact/liaison between the client and the company. 

 

Be familiar with assignment concerns and issues and ensure that they are dealt with promptly and effectively.

 

Deal with less serious disciplinary cases at the assignment level. 

 

To ensure that all incidents within the premises are reported correctly, highlighting areas of concern for the premises and the corrective measures that need to be taken for the premises to meet the required standard for Nine One One. Conduct any other duty assigned.

 

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

 

K.C.S.E Mean Grade 04- Supervisory training/ in Security will be an added 

 

Advantage Should have considerable (minimum 2 years) Operational experience (as a Supervisor or site supervisor).

 

Should be computer literate and have received advanced training in VHF Radio operation and Voice Procedure. 

 

Have good communication skills, both written and verbal. 

 

Field Supervisors are required to analyse incidents and report on them impartially Working experience in the Security Industry

 

Skills in administration of Security operations, investigations, report writing, and personnel management.
