Job Description

We're seeking a Key Accounts Manager to grow and retain our most important client relationships M Kenya.

You Will: 

 

Manage and grow relationships with high-value accounts (farms, feed mills, integrators). 

 

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue. 

 

Negotiate and secure long-term supply agreements. 

 

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver value-added solutions and training. 

 

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. 

 

Develop account-specific growth strategies. 

 

Resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. 

 

Coordinate with supply chain and finance for seamless order fulfilment. 

 

We're Looking For: 

 

Degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine. 

 

Proven experience in animal nutrition, the feed sector, or veterinary sales. 

 

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial skills. 

 

Knowledge of Kenya, animal health and feed market dynamics. 

 

CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to account management.
