Job Summary:

 

We are seeking dynamic and results driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

 

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.

 

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

 

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

 

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

 

Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.

 

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

 

Represent the organization at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

 

Design and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

7–10 years’ proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the hospitality industry.

 

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

 

Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.

 

In-depth knowledge of the hospitality market and customer preferences.

 

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
