DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and Enquiry Management:
Lead the reception and handling of all enquiries from various channels, including radio adverts, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Receive and capture customer data, including full names, contact number, nature of inquiry, location, and specific interests.
Handle client enquiries and work closely with the marketing team to convert these enquiries into successful projects.
Marketing & Communications:
Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and projects.
Coordinate both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Attend live radio interviews to clearly and confidently explain the company's construction services.
Explain complex construction processes (design, approvals, costing, timelines) in a simple and convincing way for prospective clients.
Administrative & Support:
Support the preparation of tender documents by compiling essential company data, compliance documents, and performance records.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or customer service role—A background in Building and Construction Management is considered a significant advantage
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under minimal supervision
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
