DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Business Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all business units within the assigned region.
Ensure alignment of regional activities with organizational goals and performance targets.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery standards.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Work with the marketing team to implement local promotions and customer acquisition campaigns.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify training needs.
Promote a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused culture across all branches.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure exceptional customer service and relationship management across all regional locations.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, sales, costs, and forecasts.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a business management or sales leadership role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business units or branches
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software
