Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and retail outlets
Oversee and monitor performance of field sales representatives and merchandisers in the region Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sale strategy
Coordinate product promotions, in-store visibility, and market activations
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and regional feedback Ensure proper execution of pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns in trade
Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely reorders
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG regional or field sales
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the region
Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
