Job Description
  • We have an opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant. The Admin Assistant will serve to strengthen general office operations including customer care, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Admin operations, customer care, marketing, and sales
  • Ensuring the working environment organized and ready for use at all times 
  • Assist in Managing office supplies
  • Assist in managing client databases and client communications
  • Assist in managing company websites and social media accounts
  • Perform any other duty as shall be directed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position must have:

  • Proven relevant work experience in Administrative support, customer care, sales support, communication, and marketing
  • Relevant certificate or diploma in the following disciplines: Administrative Studies, Public Relations, or customer care, communication, sales, and marketing
  • Passionate and available immediately
  • Experience in the corporate service industry
  • Excellent presentation skills, communication, and customer engagement skills
  • Excellent Digital Marketing Skills
  • Excellent record-keeping skills
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Must be loyal, faithful, and confident
  • Be an aggressive go-getter
  • Be an excellent communicator and be able to work with minimum supervision
