Job Description
- We have an opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant. The Admin Assistant will serve to strengthen general office operations including customer care, marketing, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Support Admin operations, customer care, marketing, and sales
- Ensuring the working environment organized and ready for use at all times
- Assist in Managing office supplies
- Assist in managing client databases and client communications
- Assist in managing company websites and social media accounts
- Perform any other duty as shall be directed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
- Proven relevant work experience in Administrative support, customer care, sales support, communication, and marketing
- Relevant certificate or diploma in the following disciplines: Administrative Studies, Public Relations, or customer care, communication, sales, and marketing
- Passionate and available immediately
- Experience in the corporate service industry
- Excellent presentation skills, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Excellent Digital Marketing Skills
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be loyal, faithful, and confident
- Be an aggressive go-getter
- Be an excellent communicator and be able to work with minimum supervision
