Description:
We are actively looking to hire experienced Sales Supervisors with a proven track record in retail, preferably within the FMCG, fresh food, or beverages sectors. If you are confident in your leadership skills and have previously worked in a van sales environment within the UAE or GCC, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail sales domain
• Prior experience in FMCG, fresh food, or beverage industries is highly preferred
• Familiarity with van sales operations in the UAE or GCC market
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and manage targets
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems, sales tracking tools, or software for daily operations
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil)
• Valid UAE driving license is a must
