The Sales Account Manager is responsible for talking with prospective clients as well as conducting face-to-face meetings. Reporting to the Sales Manager at Equiti Securities, you will be working in a team and will make a tangible impact every day by growing Equiti Securities’ portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- New client’s acquisition by converting marketing leads allocated and self-prospects.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers account related matters.
- Being a key contributor to the creation and implementation of EGM SECURITIES acquisition strategy and achieving set sales targets.
- Developing and naturing relationships through various channels to impact the client`s longevity.
- Maintaining client`s interest in the online market through regular dissemination of the market and trade opportunities, as well as selling using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update daily your CRM in an orderly manner and be able to track and monitor your work.
- Liaising with various relevant teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Follow up on all client matters, by taking time to understand all prospects needs, problems and wants and in turn finding solutions aligned with their pain points.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Go the extra mile to learn about our product and services and the trading markets occasionally.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of sales planning and various direct, indirect and alternative sales channels management
- Strong analytical and numerical acumen
- Self-motivated personality, well organized with good follow-up skills.

- Professional in English
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or similar.
- 1+ years of professional experience in a similar role as an Account Manager and/or dealing with high-net-worth clients in the FX Industry
