We're Hiring! – Project Secretary / Document Controller

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Industry: Construction

We are looking for a Project Secretary / Document Controller with 2–3 years of UAE experience in the construction industry to join our dynamic project team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in UAE construction projects
  • Excellent written communication and document handling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, document tracking tools, and email communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project-related correspondence (emails, delay letters, extension letters, variation letters, MOMs, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit material/documents to consultants and clients, and follow up for approvals
  • Attend internal project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
  • Handle NOC applications, renewals, and maintain track records for all projects
  • Maintain and organize project documentation (both hard and soft copies)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
