Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Recruit and onboard microloan clients within the area
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conduct daily repayment visits and collections
  • Experience working with microfinance or community outreach is a plus
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and self-drive
  • Have good communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in Engineer, Nyandarua County
  • Prepare reports and escalate any repayment or client concerns
