Job Title: Purchase cum Accountant Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase cum Accountant Officer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities as well as assisting with accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:Purchase & Procurement:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
• Maintain proper records of purchase requisitions, quotations, and approvals.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of materials and supplies.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget limitations.

Accounting & Finance:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, payments, and petty cash.
• Coordinate with finance for timely payment to vendors and update accounts payable records.
• Support monthly closing activities and assist with preparation of reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement and accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
