Responsibilities:

- Lead core HR functions and manage employee records

- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance processes

- Oversee HR system implementation and data accuracy

- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies

- Support team growth and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications:

??5+ years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced or scaling environments

??Solid understanding of UAE labor law and employee data management

??Experience with HRMS/ERP systems and implementation

??Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

??A passion for people, structure, and continuous improvement
