We are hiring! We are looking for a highly motivated HR Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labor Law, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and strong computer skills. Experience with visa processing and recruitment procedures is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Handle all HR documentation, including contracts, employee records, and letters.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Manage visa processing and all related procedures for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and general HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
  • Experience in visa processing and recruitment procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, HR software).
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
  • Ready to join immediately.
