Job Description
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to grow market share.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including large retail chains, niche stores, restaurants, and wholesalers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide training and support to improve team performance and efficiency.

Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer trends, and market analysis.
- Identify gaps in sales processes and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure alignment with financial objectives and overall growth strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution sector.
- Experience in HORECA is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the market and distribution networks.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
- High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
