Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable institution (Master’s preferred but not required).
• Experience in or working with the private sector, including consultancy, investment, private sector development, or social enterprise.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis, business modeling, and impact assessment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
• Experience in brokering and negotiating partnerships with businesses.
• Operational expertise in managing complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
• Passion for driving economic transformation in East Africa.
