We’re Hiring! Joinery Estimator

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine project scope.
• Source and assess materials, labor, and subcontractor costs for efficiency.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), quotations, and pricing breakdowns.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure all estimates align with project timelines and budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in joinery estimation.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and market rates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
