Hiring Receptionist with 2+Years of experience

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Dubai

Benefits: Employment visa, flight ticket (once every 2 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships and manage client interactions.
• Greet and assist clients professionally.
• Check clients into classes and update records on Glofox.
• Manage class schedules, promotions, and instructor coverage.
• Handle client communication via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and Instagram.
• Maintain studio inventory and ensure waivers/sign-in sheets are updated.
• Promote Google reviews and update social media schedules.
• Process invoices and record shift expenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness center or yoga studio.
• Based in Dubai and able to travel between DIFC & The Greens.
