Are you an experienced, dynamic and strategic leader in talent acquisition? Our partner, a prestigious family office, is seeking a visionary Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and support their growth objectives.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Lead and manage the talent acquisition team.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of senior talent acquisition experience, with proven success in the UAE market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and trends.
