We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through successful leasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing & Marketing: Promote and lease available properties to prospective tenants through various marketing channels, property tours, and negotiations.
• Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction.
• Lease Negotiation & Documentation: Prepare lease agreements, negotiate terms and conditions with tenants, and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Market Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to adjust leasing strategies and pricing.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including tenant applications, lease renewals, and payments.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with property management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of leasing targets.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales (2-3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local leasing laws.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and target-driven attitude
• Salary - 3000 to 4500 AED PER MONTH
