Job Description
- The Project Associate provides general ICT program management, project management and administrative support for a range of projects and portfolios to ensure their smooth running and implementation. The Project Associate prioritizes tasks and organizes work independently based on general direction from the supervisor and carries out a broad range of activities, including work planning, documentation management, reporting and logistics support.
- The Project Associate will report to the Chief at the P-5 level, with matrix management reporting to the Operations Specialist at the P-3 level.

Minimum requirements
- Education: Completion of secondary education (high school diploma) . A Bachelor’s level degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace three years of related work experience. A Master’s level degree may replace an additional two years.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience is required.
- In-depth knowledge of working with an ERP system is required.
- Knowledge of integrated management information systems is required.
- Training and experience using Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required.
