Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for excellence, a flair for creativity, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience across multiple outlets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute creative menus that reflect international and local culinary trends while maintaining the hotel's standards.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet 5-star standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage food cost controls and inventory, optimizing operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team to ensure consistent growth and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and event success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a 5-star hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution
- Exceptional knowledge of diverse cuisines and modern culinary techniques. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A track record of managing large kitchen operations and delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of food trends and sustainability practices is an advantage.
