We are looking for Baristas.

Responsibilities

• Make drinks: Baristas make coffee, espresso, and other drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffee 
• Take orders: Baristas greet customers, take orders, and fulfill them 
• Provide customer service: Baristas get to know regular customers, offer suggestions, and answer questions 
• Maintain equipment:  operate coffee machines, cash registers, and other equipment 
• Manage inventory: Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed 
• Clean: Keep the store clean 
• Train new staff: Train new employees 

Skills

Customer service

• Friendly, attentive, and have excellent verbal communication skills 

Time management

• Able to work well under pressure and manage their time effectively 

Knowledge of coffee

• Must know about coffee roasting, growing methods, and different types of coffee 

Adaptability

• Must be adaptable and able to work well with others 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Form 4 certificate
• Certificate in Barista
• One year experience
